REFUNDS
NO refunds are issued for course payments, but if a customer is unable to attend a class for any reason then they are permitted to reschedule into another City CPR Centre course of the same type and price within 90 days of the original course date. If they are still unable to attend a course during that period then they must re-register and pay the full fee again. If City CPR Centre must cancel a course then the customer can be rescheduled into another class or a refund can be issued only in that case. Do note that the certifying agencies demand minimum class sizes so if a participant is unable to attend a class it would be appreciated if they gave the maximum notice possible since their lack of attendance can affect other participants.
Latecomers are not admitted to classes, if a customer arrives late they must reschedule into another class – if any rescheduling means that their previous training will have passed the expiry date then it is the responsibility of the customer to fulfill any appropriate penalties as demanded by the certifying agency or to attend a full length class if required for a higher fee.
